Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PhotoID Craft (the “App”), provided by BreadMilk Entertainment (“we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information. The App is designed to create identification and document photos primarily on your device.
Photos and on-device processing
Photos selected from your library or taken with the camera are processed locally on your device. Face checks, person segmentation, background replacement, cropping, resizing, and export are performed on-device. We do not upload your photos or generated images to Firebase or to our servers.
Working images may be stored temporarily by the operating system while you use the App. A finished image is added to your photo library only when you choose to save it. You can remove saved or temporary data using your device’s normal storage and app-management controls.
Information collected automatically
The App uses the following Google Firebase services:
- Google Analytics for Firebase collects app interaction and usage information, including automatically collected events, screen navigation, app version, general device information, and an app-instance identifier. We use this information to understand aggregate usage and improve the App.
- Firebase Crashlytics collects crash reports, stack traces, relevant application state, device and operating-system details, and an installation identifier. We use this information to diagnose errors and improve reliability.
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not use Firebase to store your photos. Firebase information is processed by Google under its applicable terms and privacy practices.
Information stored on your device
The App stores preferences such as onboarding completion, language, output DPI, image format, and whether to keep the original background. These preferences remain on your device unless included in a device backup managed by you or your platform provider.
Permissions
- Camera: used only when you choose to take a photo.
- Photo library: used when you choose an existing photo or save an exported image.
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Sharing and sale of information
We do not sell your personal information. Automatically collected analytics and crash data is shared with Google only as needed to provide Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Retention and security
On-device information remains until you delete it, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App, subject to operating-system backups. Firebase retains analytics and crash information according to the Firebase service settings and Google’s retention practices. We rely on reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The App is a general-purpose photo utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can investigate.
Your choices and rights
You can deny camera or photo-library permission, delete locally saved images, clear the App’s storage, or uninstall the App. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights concerning access, deletion, correction, restriction, or objection relating to personal information. Contact us to submit a privacy request. We may need information sufficient to verify and process the request.
Privacy of this website
This policy page does not include advertising or analytics scripts. It is delivered through Firebase Hosting, which may process request information such as IP addresses to operate, secure, and protect the hosting service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate additional notice when required.
